Refund policy

14 days for return
If one or more of the products in your order do not satisfy you, you can simply make a return within 14 business days of receiving the goods. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any accessories and instructions. It must not have been used.

How to make a return?
A return can be made only and exclusively according to the following procedure in each step:

1. Send an email to info@grevebloc.com with the subject line “Return request (order number)” with the following information:

First name:
E-mail:
Address:
Item name:
Quantity:
Reason:

2. Arrange the product in the package as carefully as possible to protect it during transport.

3. Within 14 days from sending the email, send the package at your expense by your preferred courier or by the
postal service to the following address:
Greve Bloc - Via Antonio Tolomeo Trivulzio 18, 20146, Milan, Italy
Please note that we do not accept packages sent at the recipient's expense.

4. Upon receipt of the package, Greve Bloc will verify that the condition of the return is suitable to process the refund via the initial payment method. In the case of a gift, the refund will be given to the person who made the purchase.

Have you received a product more than 14 business days ago?
Once day 14 from receipt of the package has expired, you will no longer be able to return the product.

For orders cancelled before the product has been processed will a refund be made?

If an order is cancelled before it has been processed a refund will be made excluding service charges that are applied by the payment processor you choose to use when you check out
