Nic and Greis: Two Dreamers, a Dash of Madness

We are Nic and Greis, two guys united by a deep passion for climbing. After years of living in the chaos of the city, we felt the need to reconnect with nature in an authentic way. So, in September 2023, we made a radical decision: to move to Val di Mello, one of the most iconic destinations for mountain and climbing enthusiasts. It was here, among the boulders and the rejuvenating silence of the valley, that Greve Bloc was born.

Greve Bloc is more than just a clothing brand. Greve is a mood, a way of living the climbing experience. It's the friend cheering you on with a beer in hand, who follows you just to spot, or the dog that accompanies you to the boulders. It's the absence of toxic competition, it's climbing together, it's feeling one with nature and the rock. It's living night sessions with your crew, gazing at the stars while lying on a pad between tries, letting the music carry you away.

The Name: Greve Bloc

The name "Greve," which literally means "heavy," was chosen with irony, reflecting our lighthearted and playful approach to even the most challenging obstacles. "Bloc" refers to the boulders we challenge ourselves on, a nod to bouldering, one of the purest and most intense forms of climbing.

Our Mission

Greve Bloc is our way of representing and telling the story of the great climbing family, of sharing our passions, and of conveying to you the essence of what we love. Our pieces are not just clothing, but tributes to the stories, traditions, and bonds that unite the climbing community. Through unique designs and illustrations, Greve Bloc tells these adventures in an engaging and ironic way, strengthening the sense of belonging and togetherness.
